Return & Refund Policy
First of all, thank you for being a customer! Your support means everything to us. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, please refer to our return policy below to find out how you can get it exchanged or refunded.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at orders@penanglittlesifu.com and provide the following to obtain a Goods Return Note (GRN).
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase
- Photo of the front and back view of the item to be returned
- Brief description of the item to be returned
GRN must be requested within fifteen (15) days of purchase date listed on proof of purchase. After receiving a GRN, print out the GRN and mail it along with the item in its original packaging to the following address:

All product returns must be posted within five (5) days of the GRN date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return shipping charges will be paid for or reimbursed by us.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Once we have received your returned items, you will be notified by email. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to be processed. We will then notify you by email when your return has been processed. Criteria that must be met for product exchange or refund are as follows:
- Product is still in new and unused condition, accompanied by all original packaging, tags and labels
- Any damage on the product was the result of manufacturing or distribution errors
- Product must be at least six (6) months from the expiry date listed on the product.
- L&Y Global Enterprise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
