To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following to obtain a Goods Return Note (GRN).
GRN must be requested within fifteen (15) days of purchase date listed on proof of purchase. After receiving a GRN, print out the GRN and mail it along with the item in its original packaging to the following address:

All product returns must be posted within five (5) days of the GRN date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return shipping charges will be paid for or reimbursed by us.
Once we have received your returned items, you will be notified by email. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to be processed. We will then notify you by email when your return has been processed.
